Copy Rights contra reality:
Just before Olympic Games 2012 this client having facility almost opposite The Stadium asked us to improve the look of it. I’ve created the design (the rendering of you can see at the background of the photo) and he was more that happy with it. Then somehow he disappeared from horizon… Today my work colleague brought me this magazine THIS Photo…

I recon you should fight for copy rights.

I’m still waiting what my company will do. We will see.
It just hard to belive people are so bold…
The story follows – he made the statment like that:
“I used Zofia’s design because it was excelent and as I found somebody else to build this I not hestitated to take it”
And then the suggestion is made: nothing happend trully…and if we thing differently please give me a call…
I’m fully amazed by some people.
Even better part of this story is one comment we’ve got – “Smart guy. He has it for free”
As we can see ethical paradigmats of European Society have changed 🙁
Yes, this process is going for long time now.
It’s very interested though if the guy will pay.
Trully now it depends totaly on your company.
